About Us
Tritone Media was founded in 2005 by Tal Skloot. Prior to founding Tritone Media, Tal worked in video production houses in the Bay Area and on feature films in Los Angeles. Tal has also directed documentary films that have screened theatrically, broadcast Nationally on network and public television, and appeared in numerous film festivals.
Our Story
The Tritone Media name comes from the musical interval called a ’tritone’. This is an interval that is not harmonious to the ear but rather strives to reach a place of harmony (called a perfect 5th). Our vision was that we would strive and go the extra mile for every project we produced.
Our Philosophy
Our team consists of filmmakers at heart. We aim to engage, educate and inspire, so your videos connect emotionally and intellectually with your viewers. Producing a high quality video that connects to viewers can seem like a daunting process. We understand this, and will guide you though every step of the process, from concept development, production, post-production, to engaging and finding your audience. Each video is custom tailored to fit your needs and is always delivered on time and on budget.
